New in Virtual tour Business

I am very new in this business. Could I get proffessinal advice as to the right equipments for this business ? Or is there any one offering training program anywhere in California that can train for a little fee? Also is there anyone going out and want to sell equipments ?

The type of customers you plan to serve has a lot to do with the equipment you'll want to invest in; for lower paying Real Estate Virtual Tours you'll want a setup that allows quick shoots, quick stitching and quick posting; for higher paying customers like hotels and resorts, you'll want a combination that can produce a very high quality product.

So if you let us know a little more about what you want do do, we can make better suggestions

Thanks once again

Do you already have a Digital Single Lens Reflex (dSLR) camera?

A good set up that would be "affordable" would be a Canon XTi or XS1, Sigma 8mm or Sigma 10mm and a Nodal Ninja 3 Panoramic Head. If you prefer Nikon look at the D40x or D60 with the Sigma 8mm or Nikkor 10.5mm.

If you have more money to spend, consider a Canon 40D or Nikon D300 with the same lenses and a 360Precison Absolute or Adjust, a Nodla Ninja 5 or a Kaidan QuickPan Pro panoramic heads.

Agnos also makes some very good panoramic heads but I'm not that familier with the models

For stitching software, plan on PTGui and look at Realviz Stitcher Unlimited 5.7, you may want both.
